Nel pomeriggio del prossimo 19 ottobre, durante il Baltimore Comic-Con 2019, saranno annunciati i vincitori della terza edizione dei Mike Wieringo Comic Book Industry Awards, meglio noti come Ringo Awards.

Come potete intuire dal nome, si tratta dei riconoscimenti intitolati alla memoria dell’amatissimo fumettista di origini italiane scomparso prematuramente nel 2007 all’età di quarantaquattro anni.

 

 

In questi giorni si sono concluse le selezioni dei candidati ai premi del 2019, frutto del lavoro congiunto di miriadi di lettori e di professionisti del mondo dei comics.

Trovate di seguito le categorie con le opere in gara per i Ringo Awards 2019, a cui si aggiungeranno quelle votate direttamente dai fan (in cui sono presenti diversi webcomic) e quelle legate alla Hero Initiative Awards. I vincitori saranno selezionati da una giuria composta unicamente da addetti ai lavori.
